Pioneer Plasma Registration


Dear Customer,

Some Pioneer Plasma customers have experienced a HDCP compatibility message following connection of a Sky HD box to certain Pioneer Plasma screens.

As part of Pioneer's ongoing support for UK customers, we request that any customer owning either: G4, G5 or G6 Plasmas who experience this message register with Pioneer. We will then arrange for one of our Authorised Service Centres to carry out a visit at your home to carry out some diagnostic tests and if required, implement a counter measure.

Please note that this registration is only for UK customers. If you are unable to complete this form online you can alternatively telephone Pioneer Customer Relations on 0330 123 1240.

As a short term measure to continue viewing your HD channels, we recommend that component connection is used between G4, G5 or G6 Plasmas and Sky HD.

The fact that Pioneer may implement a counter measure should not be interpreted as an admission of liability on the part of Pioneer GB Limited and customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
